Privacy and terms-of-use framework for PLANISO® services.
By using the services, the user authorizes the storage and use of data (as specified in the terms of use), including the transfer of such data for recording, processing, and use by the PLANISO® application.
Important note: PLANISO® is designed to avoid the use of sensitive data containing personal information. Any sensitive data uploaded is the responsibility of the Client Organization.
The user is responsible for protecting the password used to access the services, as well as for all activities and actions performed using that password. Users are encouraged to use strong passwords (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols). PLANISO® shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any loss or damage to information resulting from non-compliance.
All content is the sole responsibility of the Client Organization (the sender). Monitoring and controlling transmitted content cannot be ensured by PLANISO®.
The Client Organization retains its rights to any content it submits, publishes, or displays through the services. The Client Organization and the user are responsible for the use of the services, the displayed content, and the associated risks. Submitted content may be viewed by other users within the same Client Organization (access governed by privileges). PLANISO® grants the user a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the services (excluding user-provided content) are and will remain the exclusive property of PLANISO® and its licensors. The services are protected and registered as a trademark. Nothing grants the right to use the name, trademarks, logos, domain names, or distinctive signs without written authorization. Any comments, observations, or suggestions regarding the application and its services are confidential.
PLANISO® reserves the right, without obligation, to remove, refuse, or distribute any content, disable accounts, or reclaim usernames. Users must review the terms-of-use rules to understand what is prohibited.
PLANISO® may, if necessary, read, retain, and disclose any information deemed necessary to comply with laws, legal processes, governmental requests, enforce the terms, detect/prevent fraud, resolve technical issues, respond to support requests, or protect the rights and safety of the application and its users.
PLANISO® does not disclose any information relating to individuals’ identity to third parties, except in the cases stated in this privacy policy. Prohibited activities include: accessing/altering non-public areas, probing/scanning for vulnerabilities, bypassing security measures, or accessing the services through any means other than the intended interfaces.
PLANISO® respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Any infringement notice must include identification of the work, the location of the content, the complainant’s contact information, and the required statements. PLANISO® may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate an account in case of repeated violations. Representative: Normand Gagnon.
