Privacy

By using the services, the user authorizes the storage and use of data (as specified in the terms of use), including the transfer of such data for recording, processing and use by the PLANISO® application. The PLANISO® application has been designed to avoid any use of sensitive data containing personal information from The Customer Organization. Any personal information or data deemed sensitive uploaded to the PLANISO® application by The Customer Organization is its responsibility. PLANISO® does not require this type of information for its operation.

Password protection

The user is responsible for protecting the password used to access the services, and for all activities and actions carried out with this password. Users are encouraged to use “strong” passwords (passwords using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols). PLANISO® will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for any loss or damage to information arising from failure to comply with the above requirements.

Content on services

All content is the sole responsibility of The Customer Organization (the sender). PLANISO® cannot monitor or control the content transmitted by The Customer Organization.

Your rights

The Customer Organization retains its rights to any content it submits, publishes or displays via the Services.The Customer Organization and the user are responsible for the use of the services, any sensitive content posted and the risks involved.Content submitted, published or posted by the user may be consulted by other people within the same Customer Organization (privilege-based access).PLANISO® offers the user a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the PLANISO® application. This license allows the user to benefit from the services included in the present conditions.

PLANISO®’s rights

All right, title and interest in and to the Services (excluding User Content) are and shall remain the exclusive property of PLANISO® and its licensors. The Services are protected by registered trademark. Nothing contained in the Terms shall be construed as granting any license or right to use the PLANISO® name or any of PLANISO®’s trademarks, logos, domain names or other proprietary notices without the written permission of the Administrator. Any comment, observation or suggestion that the user provides concerning the PLANISO® application and its services is entirely confidential.

Restrictions on content and use of services

PLANISO® reserves the right at all times, but has no obligation, to remove, refuse or disseminate any content from its services and to deactivate Customer Organization or user accounts or recover user names. It is the user’s responsibility to review the rules that are part of the Terms of Use to better understand what is prohibited when using PLANISO® services.

PLANISO® may, from time to time, permit the reading, retention and disclosure of any information deemed necessary to comply with any law, regulation, legal process or governmental requirement, enforce the Terms of Use, including investigating potential violations of these Terms of Use, detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues, respond to user support requests, or protect the rights, property or safety of PLANISO® and its users.

Privacy Policy

PLANISO® does not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties except as provided in our Privacy Policy.The following acts are prohibited when using our services : accessing, tampering with, or using non-public areas of the service, PLANISO®’s computer systems, or PLANISO®’s suppliers’ technical delivery computer systems, probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of any system or network, committing an intrusion or circumventing any security or authentication measures, accessing, browsing or attempting to access or browse the services by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through the PLANISO®-provided interfaces currently available, and only in accordance with these terms.

Registration policy (Trademark)

PLANISO® respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same. We will respond to claims of copyright infringement that comply with applicable laws and are received in proper form.If an individual believes that his or her content has been copied in a way that constitutes “Trademark” infringement, he or she must send us the following information : a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or identification of the copyright-infringing or unauthorized material that must be removed or access to which must be blocked, together with sufficiently specific information to enable us to locate the material; contact information, including address, telephone number and e-mail address. If applicable, the individual will be required to provide : a statement of good faith by the user that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law, and a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that the user is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.PLANISO® reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content without notice and at its sole discretion. In certain circumstances PLANISO® may also terminate a user’s account if the user is found to be a repeat infringer.
