Terms of Use
Access and usage framework for PLANISO® services.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services and the PLANISO® web application, including any information, text, images, photos, or other materials posted, uploaded, or displayed within PLANISO®. These Terms must be accepted by every Client Organization and user.
You are responsible for your use of the services provided within the PLANISO® application, for any content you upload, and for any potential consequences resulting from it. Content you submit, post, or display will be treated as confidential, but must be free of sensitive information, in compliance with Québec’s personal information protection requirements (Law 25).
The services may only be used if the Client Organization enters into an agreement with PLANISO®. They must be used in accordance with these Terms, the privacy policy, and personal information protection requirements (Law 25), while also complying with applicable local, national, federal, and international laws and regulations.
The services provided by PLANISO® evolve continuously. The form and nature of the services may change. PLANISO® reserves the right to discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the services, with notice, to impose usage and storage limits, and to route client-owned data through appropriate means.
