The general terms and conditions of use govern your access to and use of the PLANISO® services and web application, including all information, text, images, photos or other elements uploaded, uploaded or appearing in PLANISO®. The terms and conditions of use must be accepted by all Client Organizations and users.
General Terms and ConditionsYou are responsible for your use of the services provided in the PLANISO® application, for any content you upload and for the potential consequences thereof. The content you submit, post or display will be considered confidential, but must be free of sensitive information in accordance with the Privacy Act (C-25).
TipsServices may only be used if the Client Organization accepts a contract with PLANISO®. They must be used in compliance with the general terms and conditions of use and in accordance with the confidentiality and privacy policy (Act C-25), while complying with local, national, federal and international legislation and regulations.
The services provided by PLANISO® are constantly evolving, and their form and nature may change from time to time. PLANISO® reserves the right to discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the services (or secondary functions and services) with prior notice. PLANISO® also reserves the right to impose usage and storage limits.
